Insurance

Gefen Travel requires all travellers to be covered by adequate comprehensive travel insurance. You can either arrange yourself or we can provide cover through our insurance company, Vero.

Your insurance should cover m medical emergencies, cancellations, transportation delays, personal liability, repatriation of tour group members and replacement of any supervising staff. It is the responsibility of your tour group leader to ensure that any specific requirements are met and issues that may affect cover, such as pre-existing conditions, are disclosed. 

As you would expect from an established, reliable and conscientious business, Gefen Travel has NZ$1 million of public liability insurance, which is underwritten by:
